Buchabholstation im 24-Stunden-Raum der Hochschule
Im 24-Stunden-Raum der Hochschule steht eine Buchabholstation und ist damit für alle Nutzerinnen und Nutzer der Bibliothek an 7 Tagen der Woche rund um die Uhr zugänglich. Sie funktioniert ähnlich wie eine Packstation für Postpakete.
So geht’s:

1. Die Bestellerin / der Besteller bestellt Bücher vor und gibt an, dass sie / er die Bücher über die Abhol­station erhalten möchte.
2. Die Literaturbestellung wird vom Bibliotheksteam zusammen­gestellt und in einem Abholfach hinterlegt.
3. Die Bestellerin / der Besteller erhält eine Mail, aus der hervorgeht, in welchem Abholfach die gewünschten Bücher bereit liegen.
4. In diesem Mail wird zusätzlich ein persönlicher Öffnungscode für das jeweils zugewiesene Abholfach mitgeteilt.

Book pick-up station in the university's 24-hour room
There is a book pick-up station in the university's 24-hour room, making it accessible to all students around the clock, seven days a week. It works in a similar way to a packing station for postal parcels.
That's how it's done:

1. When ordering a book, the library user states that she or he would like to receive the books at the pick-up station.
2. The library team collects the ordered literature and deposites it in a collection compartment.
3. The orderer receives an email from which it can be seen in which collection compartment the desired literature is located.
4. Each orderer is given a personal opening code for the assigned collection box.
