In doing so, you will expand your knowledge and skills to identify entrepreneurial opportunities, develop business ideas, and strategically shape their implementation.

Practical projects, workshops, and engagement with founders and companies combine academically grounded content with real-world entrepreneurial challenges. Experiences of Our Students

My Experience

Ivan, September 18, 2025 – Entrepreneurship (M.A.)
I have already successfully completed half of my courses and find that the content of the program is very well balanced. The mix of theory and practice is well designed – it is challenging, but not overwhelming. This gives me enough time to continue developing outside of class and to take part in additional projects. One example was a case championship organized by Deutsche Telekom as part of the Innovation Management course, which my team and I won. Experiences like these have not only opened up new perspectives for me, but also given me a lot of practical experience.

Practical Insights and Strategic Skills

Yusif, January 8, 2025 – Entrepreneurship (M.A.)
The Entrepreneurship program at HS Worms offers practice-oriented and strategic training for aspiring founders and innovators. It combines theoretical foundations with real-world case studies, business plan development, and creative problem-solving. Particularly valuable are the exchange with industry experts and the work in interdisciplinary teams, which encourage innovative thinking. The university also places great emphasis on teaching entrepreneurial soft skills such as leadership and networking, which provides ideal preparation for starting a business or taking on management roles.

Collaboration with SME and a big company

Toby, July 20, 2024 – Entrepreneurship (M.A.)
I found this programme is interesting in terms of the lecturers, courses and students. we have some collaboration with a big company like Lufthansa and also SME such as Calamedia. it has filled my expectation to grasp entrepreneurial skills which I will need in the future and collaborating with such companies are very practical for the entrepreneurship students to directly jump into the company environment.

A Very Interesting and Motivating Program

Olga, October 21, 2023 – Entrepreneurship (M.A.)
Most of the lecturers were always very helpful and supported us with all projects and questions about starting a business. As a student, you could learn a great deal from their expertise. You could take a few digital courses, which some students also attended from abroad. In general, the group size is ideal for a good exchange and for including everyone. A large share of my fellow students are international students, which was really nice. This allowed me to make friends from all over the world and broaden my horizons.

Entrepreneurship Comes to Life Here!

Amelie, July 17, 2022 – Entrepreneurship (M.A.)
The program has only existed since the summer semester of 2021, so joining it this early was a risk for me. So far, however, I have not been disappointed (2nd semester). The lecturers’ goal is to awaken our entrepreneurial spirit and/or drive innovation. Most courses are tailored specifically to entrepreneurship – from design thinking courses to business modeling, writing business plans, and boot camps. You practice pitching here until you can do it in your sleep. Startup projects are supported, and the university and its lecturers have strong ties to other startup centers, startups, banks, companies, and more in the region. In addition to lectures, further events are offered, such as the Founders’ Tuesday.
