An overview of our university’s own events
As well as its wide range of marketing responsibilities, the Marketing Centre is also responsible for planning and organising numerous events at the university. These include, amongst others, the academic graduation ceremonies, the University Information Day (HIT) and the Children’s University, which offers fascinating insights into the world of science.
Every year in the spring, we invite anyone interested to attend our University Information Day (HIT) on our campus. You can find the next date and further information here.
At the start of every semester, a welcome event for first-year students takes place in the Audimax. You can find the upcoming dates and further information here.
Twice a year, at the academic graduation ceremonies, certificates are presented to all graduates from the previous semester. The upcoming dates are: Wednesday 13 January 2027 (Faculty of Computer Science) and Friday 15 January 2027 (Faculty of Tourism and Transport Studies)
Every summer, the Children’s University takes place on our campus. Children aged 8 to 12 can gain a fun insight into the university’s range of courses. You can find the upcoming date and further information here.
