Course overview
Yoga from 21 September 2026

Yoga is more than just exercise: it is a way of bringing the body, breath and mind into harmony. Flowing movements and stretches, holistic strengthening of the muscles and conscious breathing promote stability and inner balance – both physically and mentally. This creates space for regeneration, clarity and a renewed sense of vitality in the midst of everyday life. Sessions take place once a week.
The course begins on 13 April and ends on 29 June 2026. The following session is cancelled: 25 May.

The course starts on 6 October 2026, with the final session taking place on 26 January 2027. The following sessions are cancelled: 1 December, 22 December 2026 – 5 January 2027
Pilates from 23 September 2026
Wednesdays 4.15 pm – 5.15 pm
Pilates is an effective full-body workout that focuses on stability, posture and controlled movement. By engaging the deep muscles – particularly around the abdomen and back – it builds core strength. The class is suitable for beginners and offers a soothing counterbalance to a sedentary daily routine of study and work. Classes take place once a week.
