Things to know
Under Section 67(1) of the LPersVG, the agency and the staff council hold quarterly meetings. The aim of these meetings is to ensure regular and constructive communication, to discuss current issues and, where necessary, to find solutions to upcoming challenges. These meetings serve to promote transparent dialogue and to improve working conditions for staff.
The staff meeting is the main forum for providing information and for dialogue with the Staff Council, and is governed by Section 47 of the LPersVG. The aim of this meeting is to keep you informed about important issues relating to your working conditions, current developments and the work of the Staff Council. At the same time, you will have the opportunity to ask questions, make suggestions and play an active part.
We’re happy to listen to your issues, concerns and challenges. But remember: we can only take action if you reach out to us! Our door is always open for this.
If you’d ever like to share something with us anonymously, our letterbox on the ground floor of the A Building (to the left as you pass the post office) is available for this purpose. The Vice-Chancellor’s suggestion box is also located there.
