Girls’ Future Day for schoolgirls from Year 5 onwards
On Girls’ Day, schoolgirls from Year 5 onwards get to know careers in technology and the natural sciences. It usually takes place on the fourth Thursday in April.
In the Faculty of Computer Science, a programme focusing on computer science and digitalisation awaits you. You’ll discover that computer science isn’t just about computers. You’ll also find it in household appliances such as washing machines and hoovers, in cars and in smartphones.
Girls’ Day offers you the chance to get a taste of a career field with a promising future.
The Federal Ministry for Family Affairs, Senior Citizens, Women and Youth and the Federal Ministry of Education and Research support the programme. Participation is free of charge.
The event is accessible to all. If you require a support person, please contact the organiser by telephone or email so that we can make the necessary arrangements for your visit.
