Studying brings many opportunities, but also its share of stresses. You have to organise your lectures, study time, part-time job, family life and leisure time. Sometimes you have worries that you don’t talk to anyone about.
It becomes even more difficult when you lose contact with fellow students, friends or family. That’s when you miss that personal interaction.
On this page, you’ll find counselling services that you can use free of charge. Don’t be afraid to seek support. We’re happy to help you with that.
