- Taxonomy of Choice Architecture Techniques: Systematic Classification of Evidence on Behavior Change and Nudging Interventions
The practice of harnessing human psychology to influence behavior by altering the context in which people make choices ("nudging") has been around for ages. It is particularly prevalent in marketing and, increasingly, in policymaking and political campaigning. However, the relevant evidence is scattered across various research disciplines spanning decades. This project aims to systematize this research.

Working across cultures can challenge even the strongest instincts for building trust. The TRIM Research Project explores how cultural differences can lead managers to misread signals—and mistakenly mistrust colleagues or partners. By uncovering these hidden traps, the project sheds light on how to build stronger, more effective cross-cultural relationships. In this project, students don’t just learn about intercultural competence—they bring it to life. By planning, filming, and editing their own short intercultural training videos, they gain hands-on experience and a deeper understanding of the topic. A professional filmmaker guides them along the way, teaching essential skills in shooting and editing skills to transform real intercultural conflict cases into effective training tools
