Computer rooms and 24-hour access
The computer workstations in the PC pools and the 24-hour pool are located in Building A of the university. Each PC pool is equipped with a printer. You will find a scanner in the 24-hour room and in A103. Below, we provide information on the software available in the pools.

What requirements do I need to meet?
Access to the premises:
- Enrolled students at Worms University of Applied Sciences: You may use the computer labs as part of a lecture or course during your studies. Some computer labs and lecture theatres are also open outside of lecture times and may be used for study purposes. See freiraum.it.hs-worms.de
- To access the 24-hour room, use your student ID card at the door opener.
- Lecturers and student assistants at Worms University of Applied Sciences who are running tutorials should book PC labs via the Faculty.
- Other staff members at Worms University of Applied Sciences should make enquiries via the Room Management Office in Department 4 – Property and Facilities Management. Please state the number of students and the purpose of the session (SAP / SPSS / DATEV etc.).
Use of the available hardware (PCs):
- You will need your university account to log in to Windows in the PC labs or the 24-hour room.
- For certain software applications (e.g. DATEV, SAP, Tableau), you will be provided with additional accounts by your lecturers.
- If you wish to print in the PC labs, the print credit on your student ID card must be topped up.
