Form server (Formcycle)

Worms University of Applied Sciences uses Formcycle, developed by XIMA Media GmbH, as its form management system. This was introduced as part of a joint project involving the seven universities of applied sciences in the state of Rhineland-Palatinate and the Centre for Distance Learning at Universities (zfh) – a research institution of the states of Rhineland-Palatinate, Hesse and Saarland – with support from the Centre for Higher Education IT in Rhineland-Palatinate (ZIT-RLP). Do you receive the following error message when you try to access a form: “Unfortunately, you cannot access the form you requested”?

• Have you previously logged in to another university application using your university account in your current web browser?
  Please save and close all university applications currently open in your web browser (e.g. time recording, Moodle). Close your web browser and then try accessing the form again, ideally in an incognito window/private mode/private window, either in the same or a different web browser.
  To open an incognito window/private mode/private window in your web browser:
  • Mozilla Firefox: Click the menu button and then select ‘New Private Window’. Further information. Google Chrome: Open Chrome on your computer. Click the three-dot menu in the top-right-hand corner and then select ‘New Incognito Window’. A new window will open. Further information. Safari: In the ‘Safari’ app on your Mac, choose ‘File’ > ‘New Private Window’ or switch to an existing private window. Further information.
• Perhaps you do not have the necessary authorisation?
  • This is the case, for example, if you are a student at the university but the form is for staff only.

• If none of the reasons listed above apply, there may be a technical fault. Please inform the IT Centre by emailing formulare@hs-worms.de.
