Freshmen dates

Access RZ-Account
You will receive your access data after successful enrolment. Please understand that for organisational reasons we cannot give an exact delivery date.
You can be sure that we will provide you with the documents as soon as possible.
For data protection reasons, you will receive the user name via e-mail and the password by post.

Student ID
You can pick up your student ID card in the auditorium on the following dates:

19. March 2025 10am - 2pm  Bulding A (A125)

Please have a valid identification document ready at the time of collection.

ID cards that are not collected on the above-mentioned dates must be collected in the Student Office during the regular opening hours.
In order to avoid long waiting times, we kindly ask you to collect your ID on the above-mentioned dates.

You can download your matriculation certificate as soon as you have access to the ICMS Portal via your RZ account.

Change of degree programme

Students who were already enrolled at Worms University of Applied Sciences - within the last 6 months - and change to another degree programme will not receive new login data and a new student ID.

As soon as the transfer has taken place, the new certificate can be accessed via ICMS and the student ID can be validated for the next semester.

Re-enrolment (i.e. last enrolment at the university was more than 6 months ago)

Since the RZ account is deleted 6 months after exmatriculation, you will receive new login data when you re-enrol.

In principle, you can use your old student ID card. If this is no longer available, please contact the Student Services. A new student ID card will not be created automatically.
