University Card (student ID card)
just as important as your account
Your University Card allows you to prove your affiliation with Worms University of Applied Sciences.
It serves both as a student or staff ID card and as a means of access and payment for various services and facilities at the university.
Students can only use the services and functions offered by the University Card if they are enrolled or have re-registered at Worms University of Applied Sciences for the current semester.
To ensure that the University Card is valid for the relevant semester, students must validate their card at a validation machine at the start of the semester.
- Proof of your affiliation with Worms University of Applied Sciences in the form of a student or staff ID card
- Make cashless payments, e.g. in the canteen or for fees
- Printing, photocopying and scanning
- Library card, giving you the option to borrow media and equipment from the library
- University car parks with barrier access (your university card opens the parking barrier)
- Opening doors and rooms, e.g. the 24-hour room
- Benefit
from discounts on various offers and facilities as a student
Access authorisations
With your university card or staff ID card (or chip), you can open doors and rooms for which you have previously been granted access in accordance with your authorisations. - Content: A detailed description of your problem, including at least the username you are using and, if possible, a screenshot
