Taxation (B.A.) – dual

Next-Gen Tax: practical • full of opportunities • future-proof
Those who understand taxation shape the future.
The dual Bachelor’s degree programme in Taxation (B.A.) combines in-depth knowledge of tax law with business administration, accounting and law, and specifically prepares students for challenging roles in tax consultancy and corporate tax departments. Rather than a broad-based business education, the focus is on a practice-oriented specialisation in taxation.
Dual-track students attend the same modules as in the traditional degree programme and apply the knowledge they have acquired directly to professional practice during several integrated work placements. The close integration of the university and its industry partners results in a degree programme that combines academic rigour with professional experience.
The programme provides a broad understanding of tax-related issues and their business implications, thereby laying a solid foundation for future career paths. The qualification opens up a wide range of career prospects – particularly in tax consultancy firms, audit firms, companies and finance and tax departments.
