• Teaching and Higher Education Pedagogy: We promote modern approaches to teaching and learning. We support lecturers by providing pedagogical advice.
• Writing coaching: We provide personalised support at every stage of your academic writing or research.
• Career Coaching: We prepare students and early-career professionals for the world of work. Through practical sessions, you’ll gain an understanding of the demands of the job market.
• Academic Continuing Education: We offer a wide range of courses to help you develop both personally and professionally.
• External Funding Project ‘FH-Personal’: Through this project, we apply new insights from staff development to everyday university life. This secures the future of our university.
• Externally funded project “Wärme-Kommunity – IGP”: Creation of a digital learning and skills platform as a central hub for those involved in the heating transition, with a focus on small local authorities.
