Parent-and-child and breastfeeding rooms for students and staff at Worms University of Applied Sciences

Are you unable to arrange childcare for your child? Has your child’s carer suddenly fallen ill, or has the all-day school been cancelled on a flexible public holiday, yet you have work that cannot be put off?

For such emergencies, we have a parent-child and breastfeeding room on campus available to all members of the university community. It is located in the Lindwürmer nursery on the Worms University of Applied Sciences campus (Building F, behind the canteen; see the map here).

The room offers students and staff at the university a short-term and flexible childcare option in the event of childcare shortages or exceptional circumstances. It is equipped with a workspace and features a play and quiet corner for your child, as well as a cosy and private breastfeeding and nappy-changing area.

Keys are handed over at the Post Office/Administration Office (Building A, Room A001) during opening hours.

Please note that you must sign the terms of use, which will be sent to you by Department 4 (SG4), before using the room.
