Online application

You can complete your application for student finance or individual forms online and send them, together with all the necessary supporting documents, to the relevant BAföG office by email or post.

You also have the option of submitting your application entirely electronically via the BAföG digital portal.

 

Forms

BAföG forms are also available outside room M 09 at Worms University of Applied Sciences, Erenburgerstraße 19, 67549 Worms.

Printable templates can also be found on the website of the Federal Ministry of Education and Research at www.bafög.de.

Please note:

Appeals must be lodged in writing, either electronically by email with a scanned copy of the document or in person for the record, with Johannes Gutenberg University Mainz, c/o Worms University of Applied Sciences, Student Finance Office, Erenburgerstr. 19, 67549 Worms, email address: bafoegamt@hs-worms.de. If the appeal is lodged in writing, the appeal deadline is only deemed to have been met if the appeal has been received by the above-mentioned authorities before the deadline expires.
