Library Registration for Students Starting in the Summer Semester of 2026

Starting in the summer semester of 2026, you can apply for library access directly when you enroll. The application is part of the enrollment form.

If you applied for library access during enrollment, we will automatically set up your library account.

If you would like to register at a later date, you can do so via the ICMS portal.

In all other cases, you must register in person at the library to borrow materials.

Required documents:

• University members: University ID card
• External users: valid ID card or passport with proof of residence

• Minors: written consent from a legal guardian

For external users, the library card is valid for one year. You can renew it. A one-time fee applies for issuance.

We accept library card applications outside of core opening hours (Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.). You can borrow materials no earlier than the following day.
