„Kebab of a different kind - From the region for the region“

With his innovative "Klein-Kebabheim" concept, Murat Boztepe wants to make an active contribution to promoting healthy eating. In his converted food truck, he sells kebabs made from carefully selected, regionally and sustainably produced ingredients and is doing pioneering work with his successful model.
"Kebab, that can also be better!" Murat Boztepe is convinced of that. The mechanical engineer for the food industry knows which additives are often found in finished products and always asked himself why. He used the time during the pandemic to work on his business model in his home office in every free minute: "During the day I worked for my employer, at night for my own company." Three things were particularly important to him in his concept: he wanted to be mobile, offer honest food made from regional products, and travel primarily in rural areas. And he didn't want to be the only one doing it. "I want to be a pioneer and motivate others to imitate me." With the concept ready, he procured a startup loan and won a start-up award from Rhineland-Palatinate. A good starting capital for his small kebab home founded in 2020.
