Information for first semester students

Congratulations - you have been admitted to study at our department for the summer semester 2024! We would like to take this opportunity to provide you with some information about the information event, preliminary courses and advisory services to help you get started with your studies with us.

First semester welcome
The university welcomes the new students at the Department of Computer Science on Thursday, 14.03.2024 from 09:00h in the Audimax

Information event at the start of the semester
On Friday, 15.03.2024 at 10:00h in room A125, you will receive important information about your Bachelor's or Master's degree program from our dean and course directors.

Take the opportunity to get to know your fellow students and professors and start your studies well informed from day one.

How do I create my first HS timetable?
You can access your timetable via LSF (lsf.hs-worms.de). You can find instructions for the timetable in LSF here. Instructions for other LSF functions can be found here.

How do I register for courses?
You can already register for the courses in moodle (moodle.hs-worms.de) with your university login. You will receive the necessary access to moodle from Student Services by post or e-mail after enrolment.
