Transfer Alliance EMPOWER — Sub-Project of the UAS Worms (Cyber Security)
EMPOWER is a cross-university transfer alliance that aims to strategically strengthen innovation and transfer, especially in Rheinhessen/Vorderpfalz as part of the Rhine-Main-Neckar region. EMPOWER is funded by the Federal Ministry of Education and Research (BMBF).
Worms University of Applied Sciences is responsible for the Cyber Security focus in particular via the Center for Technology and Transfer (ZTT) (project management: Prof. Dr. Steffen Wendzel, deputy project management: Ms. Laura Hartmann, M.Sc.), including various sub-projects. In addition, the ZTT contributes to the New Work Experimental Room project (particularly represented by Prof. Dr. Carina Leue-Bensch).
