For students and employees
The university makes the Office 365 package available to all university members, both at the university and for home use. This includes Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Access (Windows only), Teams and Outlook.
Exmatriculation, leaving the university
Due to the license conditions of Microsoft and other external providers, the right to use the software expires on the day of exmatriculation. The 6-month grace period does not apply as with the RZ account.
Please ensure that you back up all data that is still required before leaving the university. This also applies if you plan to re-enter the university at a later date.
