Fees and expenses
A flat-rate charge is due per order/TAN regardless whether the order has been successful or not (LVO, according to sec. 10+19). Therefore, exactly check whether the book/magazine (journal) is actually available in the Worms University library online catalog beforehand. TAN numbers can be purchased at the circulation desk.
